In the mid-1970s, I pioneered the process of manufacturing Mozzarella Cheese in India for the very first time. During that period, I had the privilege of serving this delicacy to you through Cheese Bazar, then located opposite L.S.R. College, Zamrudpur, New Delhi.
With the growing popularity of Mozzarella Cheese, I further developed several distinctive varieties, incorporating select spices and herbs to enhance flavor and quality. Over the years, we have had the honour of supplying our cheese to leading Five-Star Hotels and esteemed organizations
As demand continued to rise, we expanded our range to include natural cheese varieties such as Cheddar, Feta, Edam, Gouda, Parmesan, Emmental and others — each crafted with a commitment to authenticity and excellence.
