In the mid-seventies I had developed the process for manufacturing of Mozzarella Cheese in India for the 1st time. I used to serve you with this delicacy from Cheese Bazar located Opposite L S R Collage, Zamrudpur in Delhi. Subsequently with the increase popularity of this cheese I developed various Varieties of cheeses especially with various spices and herbs. Since then we have been serving various Five Star Hotels and other Organizations with these cheeses. With the growing demand and the popularity of cheeses, now we have come up with various natural cheeses also such as Cheddar Cheese, Feta Cheese, Edam Cheese, Gouda Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Ementhal Cheese etc. I hope you will Keep on patronizing our cheeses and encourage us to serve you better with more and more varieties.
